I like to find trends in real estate.  The past six months clients looking for a house with detached living quarters for in-laws, nanny,  or multi-generational family living has increased.  With many family's having more family members live together and grandparents raising grandchildren  I thought this could be helpful to write about.

I don't follow trends but I wish we could have a second house on a lot
