That is a beautiful neighborhood.  We used to live to the North of this home up over the ridge.  We used to hike in the hills behind your listing and my kids always called the Sandstone formations...Rock City! We miss living in Colorado Springs but would encourage any one looking in the Springs to check this home out.

Mike, I love it when something like this happens and I get a response like yours.  There is nothing like someone who use to live (either in the house or nearby) and can speak to the area.  Hope Nebraska is good to you & your family.

 

Pat, you are so right that waking up to mountain views & Pikes Peak itself is a joy and something to remember that not everyone has "out their window".
