I have written before about contemporary homes in Colorado Springs. I am consistently suprised because the architectural style is not widely available here. This house is not only contemporary but also sits on a beautiful lot in Northeast Colorado Springs where the views across town with the mountains as a backdrop are often postcard quality.

This house has the drive up curb appeal as well as the layout of a contemporary home with large rooms, windows throughout bringing natural light in and a kitchen that leaves no detail undone. Vaulted and open ceilings add to the contemporary look and stainless steel appliances, cooktop, double oven and wine cooler are some of the features the kitchen offers.

With over 3600 square feet the house is well priced at $469,900. For more information call or email Kelly.

That is a beautiful neighborhood. We used to live to the North of this home up over the ridge. We used to hike in the hills behind your listing and my kids always called the Sandstone formations...Rock City! We miss living in Colorado Springs but would encourage any one looking in the Springs to check this home out.
Beautiful home and waking up to a view of Pikes Peak would be awesome!!
Mike, I love it when something like this happens and I get a response like yours. There is nothing like someone who use to live (either in the house or nearby) and can speak to the area. Hope Nebraska is good to you & your family.
Pat, you are so right that waking up to mountain views & Pikes Peak itself is a joy and something to remember that not everyone has "out their window".
Looks like a great home, love the commercial appliances
