It has been an incredibly busy couple of weeks. My blog seems to have taken a back seat to customers, showing houses, meeting inspectors, talking to appraisers, title commitments and keeping up with the inventory. There are areas here in Colorado Springs that are seeing a great stream of activity and not just showings. When the house is priced right there are multiple offers that are coming in. Yes, the market is different than it has been in the past couple of years but the activity feeds my soul as well as requiring me to make sure I am "on my game" in terms of keeping my customers up to date and abreast of new listings, changes in price, etc. so that they get the home they want.
For me, I am learning to settle into a routine of blogging, posting, keeping up with family and friends and enjoying life as a Realtor.

Kelly: All you can do... is all you can do. If a buyer or a seller is in front of you... run with them. Blogging can wait until you can squeeze it in. Not to say that blogging is not important... but until you invent a way to quick-freeze a buyer or seller... and then thaw them out when you have time for them... ya work them when they're there. Keep up your great balancing act. Take care...
The best place to be is out with a customer or working a deal.
Are you using some excuse like being busy for not associating with us? ;-)
Congratulations on being busy ma'am I am glad for ya.
Thank you three for your comments and support. Don, you are onto something :)
Kelly - Balance is the key. I try to make time 1st thing in morning and later in the evening.
I'm with Bill. As Mr. Miyagi said, "must to have balance...". Plus, aren't our clients one of the main reasons for being in this biz? You go girl!
