Generating Exposure through Press Releases

The Pueblo Parade of Homes starts this Friday, September 11th and runs through September.  We have a development that is the only one in Pueblo County that offers 5 acres with city water, underground utilities (fiber optic cable) and greenbelts.

What is important to a buyer to know and look for in buying land where they are going to build a house at some point in the future is the infrastructure.  What do I mean by infrastructure?  When you drive in how do the roads look?  Are they wide enough for two cars to pass?  Are their culverts where the rainwater/snow melt naturally runs so that the roads do not wash out?  Does the developer mow the grass/weeds on the sides of the road?  Who pays for the roads until the development is sold out?  In my experience I have found that experienced developers will absorb it as part of their development costs vs pulling it out of the monies received from a Property Owners Association fund.

The article in the Greenhorn Valley paper (local Colorado City/Rye paper) took the press release written and did a fantastic job expanding on it and providing background on the development and the Parade House that was not included.  Here is the link:  http://greenhornvalleyview.com/index.asp?linkID=63&itemID=4634
