For homes that are not "in town" the county can be used. The counties include Douglas, Fremont and Teller. North of Colorado Springs there is one log home on an acre or more for sale in the Monument/Palmer Lake area. Peyton & Elbert are Northeast from here and there are two log homes for sale here.
