I have received several calls this past week with buyer and sellers looking to do a trade or exchange with their current real estate into another property. In these conversations what I heard was there does not seem to be a lot out there and/or very difficult to locate.
With lending requirements changing fairly rapidly and people looking for creativity in being able to buy or sell properties here are a couple of ideas of properties that are available for a trade or exchange.
