I was having a conversation today about how do you describe why are in real estate and being a Realtor. As I started to answer it I realized my tag line described it better than any of the sentences I was coming up with.
A Heart for People. A Passion for Real Estate
What I loved about the conversation is it brought back the years of thinking about a tag line and what I wanted it to be. Maybe more important was why. Today I discovered that my "why" has not changed. My heart for people shows up in a whole multitude of ways whether it be easy love, tough conversations, helping them buy a home or helping them choose to not buy something that may not be in their best interest.
A Passion for Real Estate is all about striving to constantly ask what can I do a little bit better? What new technology, tools, systems or communication is out there that I should know about. In other words, staying on top of "Who Moved My Cheese" as Spencer Johnson wrote about so well.
This week at church we were given the homework assignment to create a Thank You project. Specifically we are to think about someone from our life (recently or long ago) that made a big impact on us and lives. Then create a thank you project for that person. In the season of Thanksgiving I am grateful for the reminder of Gratitude it is Spiritual Practice. Thank you Rev. Norm for keeping it simple yet profound.
