Colorado Springs Real Estate Facts & Fun

How Do You Remember Family & Friends?

My husbands brother-in-law passed away recently.  His wife and kids decided that instead of flowers for his funeral they would like donations in his name for the Wounded Warrior Program.  I found out this week that Lifequest Transitions, a non-profit organization that supports and empowers wounded ill and injured soldiers at Ft. Carson, is having its first annual fundraiser and holiday salute on December 15th.

Buying two tickets was the easy part, watching the video and remembering the reality of what life can be life for soldiers and their families touched by war is very difficult.  Honoring and celebrating a brother-in-law's life and what was important to him is an honor.

Colorado Springs has a strong military presence and I hope, a strong military support from our community and our world.

Colorado Springs Car Salesman with Integrity

Ok, I hear it all the time, car salesmen are... (you pick the word or phrase).  We all hear about our negative experiences with buying a car but what about our positive times ~ have you ever had one in terms of buying a car?

My experiences have been two fold but being in real estate, most of the cars I buy are re-sales.  With the mileage I put on a car it just does not add up for me to buy a new car ~ most of the time.

I have a friend who has decided he wants to create a different experience for Colorado Springs car buyers.  Whether a new or used car Joe Grossi at Phil Long Ford is here to help, listen, be honest and accountable.  Did I really just say that in relation to a car salesman?  Joe puts his customers needs first and will even say, "I don't think this is the right car for you", no matter what the numbers.

Creating a different model for car buying starts with having a car salesperson who does their business differently.  Joe is fun, successful, outgoing & incredibly knowledgeable.  No matter what the make, style or year (new or used) Joe is able to help you find out what is out there and of those, what is best for your needs.

Joe Grossi can be reached at 719-310-5631.  Or, stop by Phil Long Ford, Chapel Hills Mall.
