Colorado Springs Special Finds

I have been thinking about what happens when markets change and how we as people respond to news.  What I believe and wanted to find out is are there still special properties available?

Yesterday I took off driving to preview some homes that I thought looked unique and had something special about them.  My first house answered that question. Sitting on an acre of land with split rail fencing wrapping the yard gave it the country look as I drove up.  Bordering the house is a park to the South and a trail system access to the West.  

Standing on the front porch I was struck with how a house can still be "right in town" yet give you the feel of being away from it all.  Trees, meadows, mountains in the distance and the sound of silence out your door.  For buyers who love the outdoors and appreciate having all this out their door it seems like a special find.
